12 slices bacon (can use diced ham instead)
12 slices cheese
16 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cheese slices to cover the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper with a fork. Add chopped or crumpled crisp bacon and mix. Pour over cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
