1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars and eggs together. Add vanilla. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, and salt together. Add to other mixture. Add oatmeal, coconut, and sunflower seeds and mix well. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º.
