Personal Notes:
When our lives were busy with football, basketball, baseball and soccer, this became a family favorite at the Hytjans. It was a 'one dish' meal all ready to serve when we got home. We placed this on 'time bake' and the aroma of chicken and rice was present as we walked in the door after a busy day!
