2 eggs 1/2 tsp.salt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp., baking powder 2 cups flour (add more if needed for cnsistency to handle)

beat eggs add salt until smooth. Add milk and beat into eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Mix togethr with enoug flour, just to hndle i. Roll out about 1/2 inch and cut to short strips. Place a few at a time into boiling broth, ( chicken broth and you can use chicken boulin) When it comes to a boil again cook for 4-5 minutes. These are like dumplings. You can also use chicken parts to make a good broth to cook these in. Great with fried chicken. I put these in a gravy so they don't dry out.

These noodles were made for every holiday, gramma was an awesome noodle maker as well as with everything thing else she made!! Love and miss her, but the traditions move on.
