2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 spoonfuls of pesto
1 cup of chicken broth
1-15 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 cup of half and half
2-3 T. of flour or corn starch
1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Favorite pasta--recommend Penne
1-2 Chicken breasts

Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and cook through with desired seasonings. Start cooking noodles. Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan, cook until slightly brown. Pour in chicken broth. Stir in desired amount of pesto until combined. Simmer in chicken broth until about half has cooked down. Reduce heat. Add tomato sauce and 1/2 and 1/2. In a small container, mix flour with a small amount of water and beat out lumps. Stir flour mixture into sauce(use more for a thicker sauce, less for thinner). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or so. Add Parmesan cheese and allow to melt in.
Serve over cooked pasta and topped with chicken.
