1 qt. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
Approx. 11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 qt. milk. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp. sugar and let rise to fill cup. Pour milk in large bowl, add 3 beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp. salt, 1 cup oil, and yeast mixture. Then add approximately 11 cups flour to make a soft dough. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Form buns and let rise for 2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375º.
