1 - 1 lb. frozen bread dough
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. beaten egg
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread until it can be sliced. Cut into 15 pieces. Melt butter - stir in parsley, egg, and salt. Roll bread pieces into balls. Dip each into butter mixture. Arrange in single layer in buttered 5 X 9 pan - - 3 rolls with 5 balls in each row. Let rise in warm area until doubled in size - about 2.5 hours.
Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Cook about 35 minutes. Serve warm.
