12 cups day old hot dog or hamburger buns (laid out on cookie sheet for a day) (crumble into pieces after dried)
1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
3 medium size onions (1 1/2 cups) chopped fine
3 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 - 3 tbsp. leaf sage
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups boiling water
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, and saute onion and celery for 15 minutes. Add to buns, with salt, pepper, and sage. Bring 2 cups water to boiling and add 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Stir bouillon cubes and water until dissolved. Beat eggs together and add to bun mixture. Add bouillon water to bun mixture. (May not need to add all of bouillon water) Bake 1 hour at 350º in greased 9 X 13 pan.
