1 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. cauliflower florets
12 - 16 small fresh brussel sprouts
1 - 16 oz bag baby carrots
1 - 8 oz. jar of button mushrooms
16 oz. velvet cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. evaporated milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Pam a 9 x 13 baking dish or larger round one.

Steam fresh vegetables until almost done. Do not cook too long or the vegetables will become mushy. Drain.

MIx soup and milk together.

Place vegetables in the baking dish. Pour soup mixture over the veggies. Stir in the cheese and drained mushrooms.

Bake for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and return to oven until melted.
