8 slices challah, cubed
2 c milk
3 Tbs oil
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
6 eggs, beaten
shredded cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven 325º. Mix milk, oil, salt, pepper, and eggs. In a 9x13" baking dish, alternate layers of bread, egg mixture, and shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, 1 hr.
