2 c bread, cut into 1" cubes
handful of raisins
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c sugar
1/ tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
3 c non dairy creamer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Place bread in a 2.5-qt baking dish until it's mostly full. Sprinkle in raisins. Mix together rest of ingredients and pour on top. Bake 1 hr.
