Round steak cut into serving size pieces. Roll in flour, salt & pepper mixture.

Brown in oil in skillet place in baking dish in layers. Mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 can water. Alternate steak pieces and soup mixture. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350º about 1 hour.
