Favorite pieces of chicken to serve 12 people
Salt chicken and fry in oil until brown
Place in baking dish mix together
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup or more pineapple chunks or tidbits and juice.
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup bell pepper sliced

Pour over chicken, cover with lid or foil. The sauce will be thickened as it cooks. Bake about 1 hr at 350º.
