Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts cooked in small amount of water and salt. Cut in bite size.
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp chopped onion (green)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced almonds (opt)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, put in baking dish (can be made to this point day before). Top with second 3/4 cup of crushed potato chips. Bake 20 minutes at 450º.
