2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
water
frozen chicken breasts
sliced onion
salt
pepper
3 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk and water together. Add 3 cups rice and put in a roaster. Put in a 350º oven until everything gets hot and bubbly then turn oven down to 225º while you are in church! Put frozen chicken breasts down in juice and then sliced onion, salt and pepper. Make sure that you have enough water that everything is well covered. Note: 3 cups rice would need 6 cups of liquid.
