15-20 extra large mushrooms
1 onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 box of Uncle Ben's wild rice

Sauce
1/2 stick butter
2-3 Tbsp. flour
1 can chicken broth
splash of Dijon mustard
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce:
Mix 2/3 can of chicken broth and margarine. Heat to melt butter. Mix remaining chicken broth with flour until smooth. Combine chicken broth mixtures and heat until the mixture thickens to gravy. Add mustard to taste.

Mushrooms:
Saute chopped mushroom stems and onion in butter. Combine with cooked rice. Cook mushroom caps in chicken broth for 3 to 4 minutes before stuffing with wild rice mixture.

Pour sauce over stuffed mushroom caps and bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
