1 whole chicken
1 bunch celery, sliced
water
flour
eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, boil chicken until tender. Remove chicken from stock and add celery. Continue cooking on medium heat.

Meanwhile, add eggs to flour to make noodle dough. For large batch, add 8 eggs. For smaller batch, add 4 eggs. Add just enough flour so dough is no longer sticky.

Roll dough to 1/16 inch thick. Slice in thin strips. Let noodles dry out for at least 1 hour. Add noodles to boiling chicken stock. Add pepper to taste and serve with mashed potatoes.
