1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 large chocolate bar (1/2 lb.)
Directions:
Directions:
Grease or line 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
Sprinkle 1/2 . chopped nuts into pan
In saucepan melt butter, add sugar, mix well.
Boil slowly for 12 min. ( or to hard crack star)
Add remaining nuts. Pour hot mixture over nuts in pan.
While still hot break chocolate bar or bars into pieces on top o hot mixture. When chocolate is melted, spread to cover mixture.
