Dressing:
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 tbs. orange juice
2 tbs. honey
2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Salad:
1 (10 oz. ) pkg. fresh baby spinach leaves
2 avocados1, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 tbs. orange juice
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Directions:

1. In jar with tight lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake until well blended. Refrigerate.

2. Arrange spinach leaves on individual salad plates. Coat avocado slices with 1 tbs. orange juice and arrange over spinach.Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with dressing.
