2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/2 c sugar
dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz choc chips

Optional:
1/4 tsp mint flavoring
1 drop green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar a tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved. Beat in salt, vanilla (mint flavoring and food color if using). Stir in chips. Drop onto paper towel lined cookie sheet by teaspoon. Put in oven and immediately turn oven off. In the morning the cookies will be ready.
