1 loaf, Texas Toast, crust removed & cut into 5 strips
3/4c. Oil
2 c. Peanut butter
3/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
-Place strips of Texas Toast in a single layer on a baking sheet & bake at 200º for 2 hrs. until completely dried.

-In double boiler, mix peanut butter & oil until melted.
-In small bowl, mix sugar & graham cracker crumbs.
-Dip bread in hot peanut butter mix, then roll in sugar mix.
-Place on a baking sheet to dry.
