1 Stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 - 16 oz can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour

Icing

6 tablespoon butter
6 tablespoon milk
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup of Hershey's Milk Chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat until fluffy. Add alternately: 1 Hershey's chocolate syrup and flour beating well and until smooth. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool.

Icing:
Cook butter, milk and sugar in saucepan to rolling boil, add 1 cup of Hershey's Milk Chocolate chips and beat til smooth. Pour over brownies. Slice when icing sets up.
