8-10 Medium size potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 8-ounce cream cheese
1 8 ounce sour cream
1/3 cup chopped chives
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sour cream and cream cheese together, add hot potatoes and beat until smooth. Add chives, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a well-greased 2 quart casserole, dot with additional butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
