1 dozen eggs
2 cups sugar
4 c. milk
2 pts. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. rum
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Do not use KitchenAid mixer.....use a very large bowl.
-In large bowl, beat eggs very well (until they turn pale yellow).
-Add sugar, beat well.
-Add milk, 1 pt. cream, & vanilla, beat well.
-In medium bowl, beat 1 pt. cream until stiff peaks form.
-Fold cream into large bowl & beat well.
-Add 1 c. rum, sprinkle of nutmeg, & mix well.
