-Small pork loin
-1 bag Sauerkraut
-1 medium onion, chunked
-Salt & pepper to taste
-Granulated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
-Place pork in roaster with small amount of oil.
-Season with salt, pepper, & garlic.
-Put in 350º oven to brown on both sides (approx. 1/2 hr. on each side).
-Add sauerkraut, onion, & approx. 1/2 c. water.'
-Cover & cook for approx. 1 hr., stirring occasionally.
-Add a bit of gravy master to make the sauerkraut look brown.
-Serve with mashed potatoes.
