1 Large bag of mixed vegetables, frozen
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Directions:

mix together and place in 9x 13 baking dish. Cover with melted butter and crackers. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes

I got this from my grandmother 30 years ago and it is always the vegetable dish for Thanksgiving. I also make it at Easter with ham, It is my kids favorite! I'm not a big vegetable person and I love this!
