1 (16oz.) can crushed pineapple - do not drain
1 (16oz.) container of sour cream
1 (10-12oz.) container of Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
-Line 13x9" pan with cookies.
-Mix pineapple, cool whip, sour cream, & vanilla pudding mix together, mix well.
-Spread on top of cookies.
-Place a cookie(s) on top or garnish any way you desire.
-Refrigerate
