1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. four

Honey Syrup
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 honey
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
-Scald milk (bring to boil) stir in sugar, salt, margarine, & honey. Cool to lukewarm.
-Measure into a bowl 1/4 c. warm water. Sprinkle in yeast & stir until dissolved.
-Stir in lukewarm milk mixture.
-Add 3 1/2 c. flour. Stir until well blended.
-Cover & let rise in warm place until double in size.

Honey Syrup:
-Melt ingredients over low heat.
-Grease muffin pans with margarine or butter.
-Pour in cooled honey syrup.

-Roll out dough & cut into 1 1/2 in. strips.
-Put a little butter on strips, roll up, & place in muffin pan. Let rise.
-Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
-Remove from pan right away & serve warm.
