DOUGH:
5 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c warm water
1/4 c oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten

2 c oil for frying

GLAZE:
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
DOUGH: mix all ingredients together and knead. Should be fairly stiff; add water or flour as needed. Divide into 4 balls. Spread on lightly floured surface as thin as possible into 9x18" rectangle. Cut into strips.

GLAZE: in one pot, heat 2 c oil. In another pot, heat sugar and water until sugar melts but is not brown. Reduce heat to low. Swirl strips in oil, then dip in glaze.
