4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar 5-Brothers Alfredo sauce
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. sliced portobella mushrooms
1 1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 white wine or chicken broth
2 T. oil
1 lb. penne pasta
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Granulated garlic or garlic powder

Directions:
-Season chicken with salt, pepper, & garlic.
-Cook chicken in skillet with oil until no longer pink. Remove from pan.
-Cut bacon into small pieces & cook in same pan until crisp. Remove from pan.
-Saute onions, mushrooms, & peas in pan.
-Add wine or chicken broth.
-Stir in Alfredo sauce & bacon.
-Add chicken, cover & simmer for 15-20 min. until chicken is cooked.
-Serve over penne pasta.
-Sprinkle with cheese (optional)
