3 pkg jello - red, green, yellow
1 1/2 cup water, hot
2 pkg Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup hot pineapple juice
2 cups cream, whipped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Jello using one cup of water per package of jello

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in juice. Cool; fold in whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Cut Jello into small squares, fold into cream mixture. Spread over crust.
