OAT TOPPING:
1 c flour
1/2 c oats
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c oil

FILLING:
4 c pieces rhubarb
2 c strawberry halves
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbs cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
TOPPING: mix flour, oats, sugars, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add oil and mix until crumbly.
FILLING: preheat oven 350º. Grease a 9x13" pan. Combine rhubarb, strawberries, apples, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl and toss to mix well. spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle evenly with topping.
Bake 35 - 40 min or until rhubarb is tender and topping is golden brown.
