1 c potatoes (diced)
1 c celery (diced)
1 c onions (diced)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp salt
3 cans clam (& juice)
1 qt half and half
3/4 c butter
3/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cover vegetables with clam juice and enough water to cover in kettle. Add sugar and salt. Cook on medium heat for 30-60 min. Melt butter in flour. Add clams and milk to vegetable mixture. (I usually triple this for Christmas Eve at MP's)
