3-4 lb. Boneless Pork Roast
4 tart (Granny Smith) apples, peeled and sliced
1 large onion
2 large cans Silver Floss Sauerkraut
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º
Place pork roast in oven and turn until browned. Reduce oven to 325º.
In a large bowl, combine tart apples, onion slices and sauerkraut. Surround and smother the pork with the mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup of brown sugar on and around the pork and sauerkraut.
Cover and bake at 325º for 3 hours.
