1-1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 ounces sliced bacon
2 (8 ounce) cans whole water chestnuts, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; heat just to dissolve sugar.
2. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpicks; place sideways on rack on cookie sheet.
3. Broil until crispy, turn over until crispy.
4. Dip chestnuts in sauce and place in baking pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 min.
