Small Brussel Sprouts
proscuitto
salt and pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut Brussel Sprouts in half. Toss lightly in olive oil. Salt and pepper. Shred proscuitto into small pieces. Crisp in skillet. Put pieces on each sprout and toothpick each.
