8 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
8 flies of ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sherry wine (i use cream sherry)
1/2 cup lowfat evaporated milk
2 Tbs dijon mustard
pinch of cayenne
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1-2 tsp ground black pepper
1 6 oz package herb seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Lay a ham slice, then a cheese slice on top of chicken breast. In a medium bowl combine the soup, sour cream, cayenne, wine, garlic powder, parsley, pepper and Dijon mustard. Mix well and pour over the chicken /ham/cheese pieces. Prepare the stuffing mix according to directions and cover the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes until chicken is finished.

To speed process, brown the chicken. Can cut in half or chop into bite sized pieces. Freezable. Some mix bread crumbs with water, butter, or white wine.
