Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add vinegar to milk and let stand. Cut in butter until small balls form. Add milk to butter and flour. Mix until smooth.
Roll out onto flour covered baking sheet. Rolling from center to edges of sheet. Using a pastry wheel cut into squares. Use the pronged side of meat tenderizer to poke holes in the crackers.
Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes
Makes a good sized batch.
