5 T. Flour
1 C. Milk

1 C. Sugar
1 C. Butter
1 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
(Take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it soften to room temperature & set aside.)
Wisk flour into milk in sauce pan and cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Let cool completely.
Cream sugar into softened butter and add Vanilla. Add cooled flour/milk mixture and beat until fluffy like whipped cream. It will look curdy for a while, but keep whipping it & it will turn fluffy.
