2 lb. bag frozen southern style hash browns
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 T melted margarine or butter
1/4 tsp black pepper
Topping:
6 T melted margarine or butter
2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion, margarine,
cheese and pepper. Spread mixture into a greased 13 X 9 in baking dish.
Mix corn flakes and margarine for topping and spread evenly over top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
