1/2 c. olive oil
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 T minced shallot
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Can be made one day ahead. Chill. Bring to room temperature before using.

Serve with Crab Cakes and Baby Greens
