12 Rhodes Texas Rolls or 24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls thawed but cold
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté cabbage and onion in oil. Cover and steam for 30 min. Brown ground beef in large pan. Drain. Add cabbage, onion, sugar, worcestershire, salt, and pepper and cook for another 10 min.
Flatten each Texas roll, or 2 dinner rolls into a 6 inch circle. Divide filling month 12 circles (about 1/3 c.) Place 1 tablespoon American cheese on top of filling. Pull edges around filling and pinch to close.
Place on a large sprayed baking sheet, pinched side down. Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake at 350º 30 to 35 minutes.
