1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 c. Flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Mixture of 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp, cinnamon to roll cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, sugar and egg.
Add the flour and rest of dry ingredients.
Roll into 1 inch balls and then roll balls in the sugar cinnamon mixture.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400º for about
12-14 minutes.
