2 lb. frozen has brown potatoes
1 10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1 onion chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
o1 s.8 oz can French fried onion rings or
1 c. buttered cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Partially thaw potatoes. In lare bowl, mix potatoes, sop, sour cream, milk, cheese and chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 9x13 " casserole. Sprinle onion righs or conflates over the top. Bake at 350º 1-1 1/4 hours.
