2 medium cucumbers thinly sliced
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
2 T.Salt
1 c. Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak sliced cucumber and onions in salt water for 2 hours.

Drain. Add 1 cup fresh water and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate. If you can't wait eat now, but it tastes much better after seasoning
in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
