1 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
Apricot jelly or preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together butter, eggs, and sugar. Add vanilla, flour and baking powder. Refrigerate over night. Roll out and cut with glass. Spread apricot jelly over the circles. Pinch edges together. Bake for 12 minutes at 350º.
