3 Medium sized onions (cut into blooms)
1/4 C olive oil
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 C plain bread crumbs
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
a dash of black pepper
a dash of garlic powder
a dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400º place onions into separate baking dishes. drizzle evenly over onions the olive oil. mix together the butter and the rest of the spices and bread crumbs until it turns into a crumble. Divide evenly amongst the onions the bread crumb mixture sprinkling over the top. bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.

remove from oven and serve.
