1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T Olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. dried savory
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 boneless beef chuck or top blade roast (3 lbs)

Sauce
1 c. sour cream
3 T. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In a bowl combine the first seven ingredients. Rub over entire roast. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1-1/2-2 hours or desired doneness (medium rare 145º, medium 160º,well done 170º). Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
