3 mejoda dates
1 TBsp cocoa
honey or maple syrup to tast for sweetness if desired
I like to add a couple dashes of sea salt for fullness of flavour

Pour in glass bowls and put in fridge to cool.

Enjoy anytime for a great healthy treat!

This is in the desserts section, but it would make fantastic baby food! That's why I put Rosalie's picture here.

At first I was a bit skeptical about this recipe, and my dates were too crusty to blend or even grate, even after soaking, but I got it mostly figured out. The recipe came from my chiropractor's office -- they often share great recipes.

This would pack well in a small jar for lunch or a snack on the go.
