1 c soy sauce
1/3 c olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp dark molasses
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp MSG (I omit this, but sometimes add 1 Tbsp McCormick Meat Tenderizer, which has bromelain: a natural substance from pineapple that helps tenderize tough meat).

Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover and store at room temperature 1 day before use. Seal in plastic bag with meat and refrigerate from 4 hours to 2 days, depending on amount of flavor and tenderizing action desired.

Excellent on sirloin steak tips.
Good for lamb, beef, or rabbit.
